About the Role

The GCP Data Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. This position requires a strong understanding of data engineering principles and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines on GCP.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Must have total 5+ yrs. of IT experience and 3+ years relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in data engineering or a related role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark Or Big Query
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
