Senior Data Engineer (4–7 Years)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and enterprise data warehouse solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, high-performance data systems supporting analytics and BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions
- Build and optimize data models (dimensional, fact, and logical models)
- Develop data integration workflows across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance of enterprise data platforms
- Support BI teams in delivering reports and dashboards
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Provide production support and troubleshoot data pipelines
Must-Have Skills
- Data engineering & data warehousing concepts
- Strong SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- ETL development and data pipeline design
- GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, GCS, Cloud Functions)
- Data modeling (dimensional & logical modeling)
- API/data integration (JSON, XML)
- Python or similar scripting for data processing
- Knowledge of OLAP, data lakes, and BI systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience working with large-scale data systems
