We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer Manager, Noida having 10+ yrsof experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and drive end-to-end data engineering projects.
• Design and build scalable, high-performance data platforms and pipelines.
• Provide strong hands-on technical expertise in Apache Pinot for real-time analytics and low-latency data workloads.
• Develop robust data processing and engineering solutions using Python.
• Architect and manage data solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.
• Define engineering best practices around data architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with product, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive data platform optimization, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code and architecture.
• Manage project delivery, technical roadmaps, priorities, and engineering resources.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive improvements in the data engineering ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Pinot
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Extensive experience with the AWS ecosystem
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and data platforms
• Strong understanding of real-time / streaming data processing
• Experience with data architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems
• Proven experience in technical leadership and team management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Kafka / Kinesis or other streaming technologies
• Experience with Spark / Flink
• AWS services such as S3, EC2, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Kinesis, MSK, and EKS
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Experience working with high-volume, low-latency analytics platforms
