Job Description
Key Skills
- Looking BI Core Developer (Microsoft BI Developer with Hadoop & Oracle Integrations)
- Microsoft BI (MSBI), SSIS, SSAS, (Mandatory)
- Power BI / SSRS (Mandatory)
- Hadoop, Oracle, (Mandatory)
- Spark, Airflow, SQL(Mandatory)
- Microsoft Fabric (Good to have)
- Mostly Development (80% Development 30% Support)
- Exposure GenAI tools/ Copilot
- Banking or Payments Domain experience
- Claude Could be an added advantage
- Azure Certified / Fabric Certified
- Design and develop secure, scalable and high-quality data engineering solutions.
- Develop and support BI reporting, ETL and analytics solutions.
- Work with Microsoft BI/MSBI stack, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI.
- Develop data models and reports using Power BI, DAX and MDX.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric and modern data/analytics technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL and Spark solutions.
- Work with the Hadoop ecosystem, including file formats and distributed data processing.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BI Developers, Front-end Developers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation and architectural discussions.
- Provide support during System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Follow SDLC, Agile processes and engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging analytics and data engineering technologies.
- Utilize JIRA for task and sprint management.
- Exposure to Claude, GitHub Copilot or other GenAI tools is desirable.
