Must have:
- Strong Python (hands-on, production-level)
- Advanced SQL
- Apache Spark (PySpark mandatory)
- Strong Databricks experience
- Snowflake experience (migration & optimisation)
- ETL pipeline development
- Spark performance tuning
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow / Databricks Workflows)
- Strong data modeling & distributed computing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and handle migrations end-to-end.
