Senior Data Engineer

DAMAC's data engineering team is scaling fast — real-time pipelines, cloud-native architecture, and dashboards that drive decisions across the group.

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own ELT pipeline design end-to-end — from source, to warehouse, to dashboard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

▪ Design and build batch and real-time ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Synapse

▪ Architect data warehouse models against real business requirements

▪ Build real-time integrations using Kafka / Azure Event Hubs

▪ Own data quality — build automated detection systems, not manual checks

▪ Deliver BI dashboards and analytics tools that drive real decisions

WHAT YOU BRING

▪ 5+ years in data engineering

▪ Deep hands-on with SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Python

▪ Real-time integration experience (Kafka, Event Hubs)

▪ BI/dashboard delivery experience (Power BI or similar)
