Senior Data Engineer - 5+ Years (Snowflake, AWS, AZURE)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data platform team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, and SQL.
- Build and optimize data models and data lakes/warehouses on Snowflake.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices across all data processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and performance issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and performance tuning.
- Proven experience with AWS Glue, Airflow, and other orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools.
- Certifications in AWS, Snowflake, or related technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
