Job Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in data management.
- Proven hands-on experience with ETL processes
- Candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with Pyspark/Python and a strong background in ETL jobs / processes.
- Strong expertise in data governance, data catalog, data quality frameworks, business rules implementation, data profiling, data ingestion, data processing and data integration.
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with data profiling, data quality management, and business rules implementation.
- Proficient in SQL, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, ADF, Glue) and Python/Pyspark, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes
- Translate business requirements into ETL designs and mapping specifications.
- Understand and interpret data interactions and dependencies in complex data models.
- Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and IT team members on project goals.
- Perform testing and validation of ETL processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process failures, performance issues, and data quality issues.
- Provide technical assistance and cross-training to other team members.
- Document ETL processes, procedures, and activities for future reference.
Qualification: -
- BE/ B. Tech/BCA /M Tech/MBA/MCA with 60%+
