Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and optimize our AWS data platform. You will develop scalable ETL pipelines, manage our Amazon Redshift warehouse, and implement CI/CD automation.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- GitHub & GitHub Actions: Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- Python & PySpark: Strong coding skills for ETL and data processing.
- Amazon Redshift: Deep experience with data warehousing, performance tuning, and DDL.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- AWS Services: Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena, RDS, DynamoDB
- Data Integration: DMS, AppFlow
- Monitoring: CloudWatch, Grafana
- Orchestration: EventBridge, SNS
Key Responsibilities
- Build PySpark ETL jobs using AWS Glue and Python.
- Manage Redshift warehouse optimization and schema design.
- Automate deployments with GitHub Actions.
- Integrate data sources using DMS, AppFlow, and S3.
- Monitor pipeline health with CloudWatch and Grafana.
Requirements
- 5+ years data engineering experience
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- AWS certification preferred
