We support the full lifecycle of AI initiatives across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations, while owning technical delivery, quality, and risk controls.

Role Summary

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and operate reliable data foundations that enable AI, analytics, and automation use cases across multiple business domains. You will play a key role in ensuring data is available, trustworthy, and scalable for production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines
• Ingest and transform data from enterprise and operational systems, including ERPs (e.g. SAP)
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and monitoring
• Support AI and analytics use cases with fit-for-purpose datasets
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and architects
• Support maintenance, improvements, and optimization of data platforms

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in data engineering and data pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with data modeling and transformation
• Familiarity with ETL / ELT patterns
• Understanding of data quality and reliability practices
• Experience building and operating data solutions in cloud environments

Professional Experience

• Min 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proven experience working on production-grade data systems
• Experience in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and domains

Nice to Have

• Experience ingesting data from ERPs (e.g. SAP) is a strong plus
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI
• Experience supporting AI or machine learning use cases
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines

Academic Background and Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, (BE / ME Computer Science, Computer Science or IT , MCA).
