About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Management Consultant with 5–8 years of experience to design and deliver modern cloud analytics solutions using Snowflake and dbt. This client-facing role requires deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills to build scalable data platforms, optimize ELT pipelines, and translate business requirements into trusted analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt and advanced SQL.
• Build analytics-ready data models following modern analytics engineering best practices.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Perform data integration, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Lead or support data migration initiatives from on-premises or legacy platforms to Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership on data modeling standards, transformation patterns, and modern analytics architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support release management for data platforms, ELT pipelines, and analytics assets throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience with Snowflake (Mandatory).
• 3-5 years of experience with dbt (Mandatory).
• Advanced SQL programming and query optimization.
• Experience building scalable ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Modern Data Warehousing.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
• Snowflake security and RBAC.
• Data migration experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Release management and analytics platform support.
• Agile/Scrum environment.
