Role Overview
This role focuses on reviewing and governing delivery engagement models, contract documentation, and pre-sales artifacts from a
Delivery, Engineering, and Risk Management perspective. The individual will set standards, provide guidance to account teams, and ensure enterprise-level consistency in deal assurance, engagement models, and risk mitigation.
The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams, along with a structured and execution-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and provide guidance on contract documents, MSAs, RFP responses, and PIP statements from a delivery and risk standpoint.
- Evaluate and standardize engagement and commercial models such as:
- Managed Services
- Managed Capacity
- Managed Outcome
- Fixed Price / Fixed Bid
- Design and streamline the Deal Assurance Review process at an enterprise level.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing, delivery, and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery commitments and risk posture.
- Document, analyze, and present review findings in a structured and methodical manner.
- Apply strong execution discipline with a solid delivery and engineering background.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project and delivery risks across engagements.
Must-Have Skill Set
Core Experience
- 1215 years of total IT experience across systems, processes, and frameworks
- 5+ years of Project / Program Management experience
- Strong exposure to multiple delivery engagement models
- Proven experience in contract management and pre-sales document reviews
- Hands-on experience in Risk Management and Delivery/Engineering processes
Delivery & Engagement Expertise
- Deep understanding of:
- Managed Services, Managed Capacity, Managed Outcome, Fixed Bid models
- Billing models (flat fee, milestone-based, per-transaction, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Technical & Data Architecture Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficiency in Big Data tools and frameworks
- Expertise in Kafka for data streaming
- Solid understanding of ETL tools and data integration practices
- Experience with Snowflake and other cloud data warehouses
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization
