Senior Data Architect/ Engineer with DataBricks / Apache Airflow and BERT Experience

This is a full-time Remote role for a Senior Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer (Databricks & BERT/LLM Expert)

The person can work from home (anywhere in INDIA, job location is in India).We're seeking a senior data engineering leader with deep expertise inDatabricks,Python, andBERT/LLM-based AI solutions. You will design and maintain scalable data architectures, build advanced data pipelines, and lead an enterprise program on ETL, data engineering and feature engineering using Databricks engineering, cloud-native development, and Gen-AI productivity tools.

The role requires strong ability to demonstrate best practices using GitHub Copilot and AI assistants for pipeline creation, data-quality checks, and MLOps.

Qualifications

• Senior-level,In-depth, hands-on expertise inDatabricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Azure.
• Strong skills indata architecture, data modeling, data engineering and data governance,methods and tools used for data ingestion, augmenting and transformationlike ETL/ELT tools, programming languages (i.e. Python, Spark), streaming technologies and leveraging APIs.
• Hands-on experience withBERT/LLMs, embeddings, and NLP pipelines.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in CS, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience
