Senior Data Annotator

Job Summary:

• Work on 2D bounding box annotation, video annotation, segmentation, data organisation, and quality review as per the requirements of the machine learning team.

• Communicate with the team about effective annotation strategies and process improvements.

• Provide feedback for improvements to existing tools that can increase throughput and quality.

• Support the machine learning team by analysing the model performance and reporting the accuracy numbers.

• Understand the limitations of the machine learning model and actively provide feedback on additional data/variations to be added to the dataset.

Required skillsets/experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Annotator (Experience in agriculture-related annotation is a bonus).

• Experience in Data Annotation QC.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation.

• Good communication skills, strong organisational and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to patiently work on repetitive tasks.

• A fast learner, focused on consistent output delivery and openness to feedback.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised university.
