Job Description

Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, workflow automation) to embed AI into daily business workflows.
Partner with IT and business leaders to tailor AI solutions, drive cross-functional initiatives, and maximize ROI from AI investments.
Design and execute change management, AI literacy, and workforce upskilling programs to ensure sustainable adoption.
Establish Responsible AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, productivity gains, and employee experience, providing insights to senior leadership for continuous optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Data and AI Officer should have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or AI adoption roles.
Strong understanding of AI productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, workflow automation tools).
Experience in change management, training, and organizational enablement.
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
