We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large datasets to extract insights, build dashboards, and support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, ensure data accuracy, and drive impactful, data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decisions
- Automate recurring reporting and data workflows
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data availability and structure
- Document data definitions, logic, and processes for transparency and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization)
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, data manipulation, scripting)
- Experience with at least one visualization tool: Tableau / Power BI / Looker / similar
- Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (e.g., data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product analytics or SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, retention, etc.)
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data engineering concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
