SENIOR, DATA ANALYST

What You'll Do

• Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including onboarding support, ServiceNow ticket management, surveys, vendor invoices, and referral/agency payouts.
• Create and maintain weekly reports, dashboards, and leadership review presentations.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct talent market and competitive research using LinkedIn and other external sources.
• Coordinate TA programs and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support RPO operations, vendor governance, and performance reporting.
• Assist with employer branding activities, recruitment events, conferences, and career fairs.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Program Management.
• Strong experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and executive presentations.
• Hands-on expertise in managing recruiting operations, vendors, onboarding, and process governance.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
