Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data visualization tools, and expertise in SQL and statistical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
- Design and maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and review their work.
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear storytelling and visualization.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL (advanced level)
- Data visualization tools
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing).
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
