Designation - Sr. Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, modelling, and optimization.
- Work hands-on with Azure services (Data Factory, SQL DB, Synapse, etc.) to manage data pipelines.
- Partner with sales finance and operations teams to translate business needs into analytical outputs.
- Lead exploratory analysis, develop insights, and recommend data-driven decisions.
- Co-own digital transformation and Business Excellence initiatives across departments.
- Build new processes from scratch and improve existing ones with a zero-to-one mindset.
- Standardise data processes, ensure data integrity, and strengthen BI infrastructure.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc deep-dive analyses, business reviews, and strategic projects.
- Experiment with GenAI tools, evaluate their applicability, and build meaningful solutions or POCs to solve business problems.
- Maintain a curious, exploratory mindset to continuously test and adopt emerging AI tools.
What We're Looking For
- 36 years of experience in analytics, Power BI , other data platforms, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Azure (ADF / Databricks / Synapse preferred).
- Demonstrated interest or experience experimenting with GenAI tools and using workflow
- automation (Power Automate, n8n) to build practical, business-focused solutions.
- Ability to own analytics end-to-end: requirement gathering, modelling, dashboards, insights.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment with limited predefined processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- A mindset driven by curiosity, ownership, and continuous experimentation.
