Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python to design scalable data pipelines, build insightful dashboards, and drive data-backed decisions across retail, eCommerce, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage automated ETL pipelines ensuring accuracy and timely refresh.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards with real-time operational visibility.
Analyze API-based and transactional datasets to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics; at least 2 years in eCommerce, retail, or logistics analytics preferred.
Strong command of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), Python, and data modeling.
Experience working with event-driven / API datasets.
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to own datasets and dashboards end-to-end.
Good To Have
Experience with PostgreSQL, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Understanding of digital commerce funnels and SLA-based performance metrics.
