Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in converting complex datasets into meaningful insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making. You will collaborate across departments to define analytical requirements, develop robust data solutions, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reported data.

You will bring analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and compelling data storytelling to help the business unlock value from data. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior analysts and help shape the broader data analytics strategy alongside the Head of Data Analytics.

• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and deliver actionable insights.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metrics aligned with strategic goals.

• Analyze large-scale datasets to address complex business problems and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams to ensure high data quality and availability.

• Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Design, build, and maintain intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Databricks.

• Lead the optimization of reporting inventory by decommissioning legacy reports, eliminating duplication, and building scalable reporting solutions in Databricks.

• Ensure regulatory reporting compliance through accurate and timely data analysis.

• Support continuous improvement of analytics tools, data governance practices, and operational processes.

• Explore and evaluate emerging AI and Data Science tools and platforms to drive innovation.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior analysts.
