Job Description
  • This position is an exciting technical hands-on role within the customer master data management (CMDM) team
  • The CMDM team is a global team that is responsible for management of the customer accounts and contacts data
  • The CMDM team processes are mostly on SAP CRM and SFDC platforms and use by various business teams
  • The CMDM team works closely with the Enterprise MDM team on improvements to master data and related processes
  • With evolution of CMDM function, CMDM team has identified need to analyze data and generate insights for sales use cases
  • In this role, you will work closely with CMDM team and the stakeholders to analyze customer master and operations data to support strategy and planning, assess data quality, troubleshoot to identity root causes, develop methods to improve data quality and identify customer insights that will help sales organization
