Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Data Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis across marketing, admissions, franchise, academic, and operational datasets to provide key business insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) for real-time monitoring of KPIs such as lead conversion rates, admissions growth, marketing ROI, and revenue.
- Data Modeling & Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast franchise growth, admissions targets, and marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Academics, and Senior Management to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights and solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, standardization, and cleanliness across systems (CRM, Marketing platforms, Academic records, ERP).
- Reporting & Presentations: Deliver regular, detailed, and actionable reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior analysts in best practices, ensuring consistent data handling and reporting quality.
- Innovative Tools & Techniques: Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and trends, and recommend new ways to improve data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of solid experience in data analysis, preferably in education, marketing, or franchise sectors.
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Python/R (optional but preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing data performance analysis.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills to present insights to senior management and non-technical teams.
- Experience in team collaboration, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior team members.
- High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
