We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with analytical problem-solving across LehLah's Affiliate & Influencer Marketing ecosystem. This role goes beyond reporting and dashboards it requires deep diagnostic thinking, metric ownership, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven decisions.
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with teams to evaluate creator performance, and efficiency, while also contributing to the analytics foundations of LehLah's internal platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end analysis of influencer and affiliate performance across metrics, and diagnose why performance changes occur across creators, campaigns, and platforms.
- Define, validate, and evolve creator-level and campaign-level performance metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue outcomes and avoiding reliance on vanity indicators.
- Deep dives to identify inefficiencies in creator mix, content, strategy, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports used by business teams and leadership, ensuring metric consistency across Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and internal dashboards.
- Work closely with Creator Management, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks and present insights with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing data quality checks, reconciliation, and anomaly detection across multiple data sources, and work with the Tech team to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Identify recurring analytical questions and convert them into repeatable analyses, frameworks, or dashboards to improve decision-making efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain clear metric definitions, analytical logic, and documentation to ensure analyses are interpretable and reusable.
- Take responsibility for defined analytics problem areas from analysis through insight generation
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Cleaning).
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of performance analysis metrics in e-commerce or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical mind set with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, influencer analytics, or SaaS products.
- Experience with basic understanding of database structures.
- Exposure to Python for data analysis, automation, or exploratory modelling.
- Experience working with large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources.
- Understanding of creator pricing, payouts, and ROI-driven performance models.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
