Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst who will take ownership of end-to-end analytics and play a key role in driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.
This is not just a reporting role — you will work closely with
product, growth, and leadership teams to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Analyze large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business insights
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, customer behavior, and operational performance
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to support decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (startup experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in SQL (advanced joins, aggregations, query optimization, complex data handling)
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Python (data cleaning, basic automation, scripting)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
