Senior Data Analyst

Finkraft.ai is a fast-growing SaaS and financial automation company building scalable, intelligent solutions to simplify complex business processes. Our platform leverages automation and data intelligence to help global enterprises eliminate manual inefficiencies and drive smarter decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will take ownership of end-to-end analytics and play a key role in driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.

This is not just a reporting role you will work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions.

• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business insights
  

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems
  

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, customer behavior, and operational performance
  

• Develop and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and workflows
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to support decision-making
  

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems

• 36 years of experience as a Data Analyst (startup experience preferred)

• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced joins, aggregations, query optimization, complex data handling)

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
  

• Working knowledge of Python (data cleaning, basic automation, scripting)

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations
  

• Strong bias for action and ownership
