About the Role
As a
Senior Data Analyst in the
Data & Analytics function at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs, designing analytical tools, and delivering data-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop test strategies, build scalable data structures, and apply advanced analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making. This role demands a strong understanding of data architecture, emerging technologies, and the ability to drive innovation across analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through rigorous analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and integrate emerging technology trends and advancements in data analytics.
- Design and create data structure and flows to support both structured and unstructured data requirements.
- Develop advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to uncover insights and trends.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct statistical analysis and create visualizations to present findings in a clear, actionable manner
- Support ongoing monitoring of business performance through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Align stakeholder expectations with organizational goals and data capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for digitization and innovation using data analytics.
- Apply advanced computational methods and algorithms to build adaptive and intelligent systems.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's Degreein Science (B.Sc) or Technology (B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA)
- Postgraduate Degree(preferred) in Science (M.Sc) or Technology (M.Tech) or Computer Applications (MCA) or MA Eco
Experience
- 4to 8years of relevant experiencein data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Skills and Attributes
