About the role:
Tiger Analytics is seeking someone who will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analysts. You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. Primarily, work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and big picture thinking.
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

. Responsibilities
Apply appropriate techniques, e.g. exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, etc.
. Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
. Work with other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities.
. Use various data mining techniques and methodologies to produce analytical solutions required to assist business stakeholders.
. Identify opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications
. 3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably with a focus on survey research and brand analytics.
. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or similar data analysis tools.
. Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, or similar tools.
. Advanced understanding of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, segmentation, correlation and variance analysis and their application in brand research data.
. Experience designing and executing survey research projects from start to finish, including questionnaire design, sampling methods, and data analysis.
. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate analytic results, insights, and resulting business implications to both technical and non-technical business partners.
. Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership, relentless curiosity, and self-driven approach to problem solving.
. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues who have a background in statistics, database development/maintenance, and technology.
Education
. Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
