# Senior E-commerce Data Analyst – Key Responsibilities ( 1 Person Required)

* Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.

* Generate monthly settlement and reconciliation reports for marketplaces.

* Monitor sales, inventory, returns, profitability, and operational performance.

* Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock maintenance across marketplaces and warehouse systems.

* Create and manage business dashboards for sales, inventory, and marketplace performance tracking.

* Maintain SKU master sheets and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.

* Prepare ad-hoc reports for management and business requirements.

* Analyze marketplace performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.

* Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rate, ROAS, stock aging, and return percentage.

* Coordinate with catalog, finance, operations, and warehouse teams for reporting and data validation.

* Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel and AI tools.

* Lead and guide junior data analysts and reporting executives.

* Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management decision-making.

## Required Skills & Tools

* Advanced knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

* Strong expertise in:

 * Power Query

 * Power Pivot

 * Advanced Excel formulas and functions

 * Macros and report automation

 * Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH

* Knowledge of ERP systems, marketplace dashboards, and AI-based reporting tools.
