Key Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership visibility
- Develop KPIs and tracking systems aligned to business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions
- Conduct cohort analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
- Present findings in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong data manipulation skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Strong understanding of statistics and data modeling concepts
- Experience with Python or R for analysis (preferred)
- Ability to work with large datasets and structured/unstructured data
- Strong communication skills to translate data into business language
- Self-driven and comfortable in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
