We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on data skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Partner with business and product teams to translate questions into data solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports
- Support decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Continuously improve data models and reporting processes
What We're Looking For
- 610+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Ability to convert data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
