Key Responsibilities

1. :Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle — from tier qualification and upgrade/downgrade patterns to engagement, trading activity, and churn signal
2. sBuild and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track VIP program performance, Earn product metrics, and key user health indicator
3. sConduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance, including subscription/redemption flows, yield trends, asset allocation behavior, and user retentio
4. nIdentify high-value user segments, model LTV, and provide data-driven recommendations to support VIP tier design, benefits optimization, and retention strategie
5. sMonitor data quality and integrity across VIP and Earn systems, identifying and resolving metric discrepancie
6. sSupport business and product teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments for new features and campaign
7. sDevelop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn-related dataset
8. sCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, and finance — to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reportin
9. gProvide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support user growth and monetization strategie
