Job purpose:
Drive data analytics and reporting operations by delivering accurate insights, supporting business reviews, and enabling data-driven decision-making through efficient analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are:
- Execute standard reporting requests and deliver timely data cuts for business needs
- Prepare Business Value Review (BVR) decks using predefined templates
- Perform data slicing and segmentation based on partner attributes such as industry, size, and geography
- Conduct license utilization and engagement analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests from field and business teams
- Document recurring data patterns, queries, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate routine analysis
- Ensure high data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards
- Work independently with strong prioritization and ownership of deliverables
- Communicate insights and updates clearly with stakeholders
