Job Description

Summary:

The Data & Reporting Analyst partners directly with the Senior Technical Program Manager to design, deliver, and operationalize enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions supporting companies Unified Support experience programs. This role acts as a primary backup and execution partner for all data, reporting, and survey analytics workflows&mdashensuring continuity, scalability, and decision-grade insights across proactive and reactive support programs. The position requires deep expertise in data modeling, survey analytics, reporting systems, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on enabling business decision makers through high-quality, actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Data & Reporting Ownership: Partner with TPM to co-own reporting ecosystems, including Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and executive reports. Maintain and evolve enterprise reporting solutions using SSAS, Power BI, and connected data sources. Ensure data accuracy, refresh reliability, and model performance optimization. Serve as a backup owner for all critical reporting deliverables and production pipelines.
  • Survey Analytics & Customer Experience Insights: Analyze large-scale customer survey datasets (DSAT, VSAT, feedback verbatims, eligibility funnels). Support end-to-end survey lifecycle tracking and funnel analysis. Identify trends, gaps, and drivers of customer satisfaction across Unified and Proactive programs. Translate survey data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Data Modeling, ETL & Automation: Design, build, and maintain data models and ETL processes for enterprise reporting. Develop and optimize DAX queries and semantic model integrations. Automate workflows to reduce manual processes and improve scalability. Integrate multiple data sources.
  • Taxonomy, Data Governance & Business Logic: Support management of Unified taxonomy, service hierarchy, and data mappings across systems. Maintain and evolve business rules, filters, and classification logic used in reporting. Ensure consistent definitions, KPIs, and calculation logic across reporting systems. Assist in governance of data quality, suppression logic, and eligibility rules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Program Support: Work across product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements. Translate business needs into technical data requirements and reporting solutions. Support executive reviews with clear narratives, visuals, and insights. Participate in cross-team forums.
  • Reporting Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve report usability, scalability, and adoption. Participate in reporting migration and modernization efforts. Help transition manual processes into self-serve, automated reporting assets. Contribute to future-county architecture and reporting strategy.
  • Execution Support & Operational Readiness: Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and program teams. Support rapid turnaround of data requests, investigations, and deep dives. Act as day-to-day execution partner to ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Provide continuity during PTO, high-load cycles, or strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI roles.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, semantic models, performance tuning).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and relational data systems.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
  • Familiarity with data governance, taxonomy, and KPI standardization.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with customer experience metrics (DSAT, VSAT, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer experience or survey programs.
  • Experience in enterprise reporting environments at scale.
  • Exposure to Power Platform, Fabric, or modern data platforms.
  • Background in program management or analytics partnership roles.
