Senior Data Analyst 1

ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Data Analyst 1 to join our high-performing Software Product Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hyper-growth SaaS company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and actionable insights that align with business objectives.

Visualization : Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create dashboards that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders across the organization .

Predictive Analytics : Collaborate with the data science and product teams to build models that predict patient behavior, improve clinical workflows, and optimize operations.

Technical Expertise :

• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) and privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Adept at handling large datasets and using predictive analytics to optimize operational efficiency.

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Experience : 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on AI-driven insights.
