Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our team as a Senior Data & AI Analyst to spearhead the implementation of AI-driven insights that enhance decision-making. Leverage your expertise to build scalable data solutions and foster a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

Drive the development and deployment of AI-enabled insights, including Natural Language Q&A and Copilot-based analytics. Create AI-driven use cases focusing on forecasting, anomaly detection, and KPI insights. Design and optimize data pipelines to enhance performance and accessibility. Develop comprehensive data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI. Standardize data architecture to ensure consistency across the region. Implement governance practices using data lineage tools to strengthen data integrity and ownership. Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into actionable data solutions. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles. Proficient in Power BI and data modeling experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Platform is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Azure OpenAI is advantageous. Experience in data governance frameworks, such as Microsoft Purview, is beneficial. Strong communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders.
