Responsibilities / role function
Design automated workflows and integrations that support sales, customer onboarding, compliance, and payment processes
Build dashboards, reports, and CRM capabilities that help sales teams manage pipelines and close deals more effectively
Lead CRM strategy and roadmap planning, including adoption of AI and automation technologies
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support company growth
Must-have skills
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience in Power Platform > Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI etc.
API and integration experience
Excellent communication skills! To engage senior stakeholders and drive roadmaps
Nice-to-have skills Experience in the fintech / FX space Grade level / role capacity
Technical leadership + handson
