Requirements:

Sr. Software Engineer will lead D365 Commerce POS development, deployment, and integration initiatives across Columbia Sportswear retail stores and global retail operations.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of MPOS/ePOS development experience 
• Strong expertise in: 
• MPOS/CPOS 
• CRT 
• Retail Server
• Hardware Station 
• X++ 
• TypeScript 
• C# 
• Experience with Retail SDK and extensibility framework.
• Experience supporting live POS environments. 
• Experience integrating payment systems and third-party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop MPOS/CPOS customizations.
• Support production POS systems across stores.
• Troubleshot payment and deployment issues.
• Coordinate with retail operations teams during incidents.
• Support POS deployments and rollouts.
• Configure Retail Server and Hardware Station.
• Build integrations with third-party systems.
• Participate in Agile development and release activities.
• Ensure up time and stability of POS environments.
