I'm Hiring: Cybersecurity Researcher (Training-Focused Role)
I'm looking for someone who doesn't just learn cybersecurity, but lives it, practices it, and can teach it with real-world impact.
At Offenso Academy, we focus on hands-on, practical learning, and I'm hiring a Cybersecurity Researcher who can bring that same energy into training students.
Location: Calicut
Work Mode: On-site (Offline)
Experience: 2–4 Years
What You'll Be Doing:
• Researching the latest attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and security trends
• Delivering hands-on training sessions (not just theory)
• Building real-world labs, vulnerable environments, and CTF challenges
• Mentoring students to think like attackers & defenders

Technical Skills Required:
• Web Application Security Testing (OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite)
• Android Application Security Testing
• Active Directory Attacks & Defense

What I'm Looking For:
• Strong practical knowledge in Offensive & Defensive Security
• Ability to demonstrate concepts practically and explain clearly
• Good communication in English & Malayalam
• Passion for teaching through hands-on experience
