Job Description

We are looking for banking experienced professionals to join the Contact Center team at Marayat tech park

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Shift: UK Shifts

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve queries related to banking products & services

Deliver excellent customer experience

Meet quality and performance targets

Eligibility:

Graduates / Undergraduates

Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Process

Excellent English communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
