Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities also include handling escalated issues, providing mentorship to team members, and contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Service, including Customer Service Representatives and direct Customer Support
  • Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
