Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Senior Customer Service Executive at Vaanam Furnishings Pvt Ltd. The primary responsibilities include managing daily customer interactions, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and providing effective service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, resolving escalated concerns, and ensuring the implementation of customer service policies. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving customer support processes.

Qualifications
  • Well-developed Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support to resolve inquiries and provide solutions seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to enhance the overall client experience and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles; experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
