Senior Technical Support Engineer - Oracle

We're looking for aSenior Technical Support Engineerto join our team in Bangalore

You will report to our Manager, Technical Support

Technology You'll Use

Informatica product knowledge, Databases, Troubleshooting, and Provides technical support for the diagnosing, troubleshooting, of cloud infra/application. Exposure to cloud platform AWS/Azure along with Linux support.

  • Core expertise in Oracle RDS troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Linux and windows
  • Having MSSQL will be an added advantage

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do

  • Manage communications with customers, at all levels, to maintain positive relationships.
  • Experienced user of information tools and training to provide consistent, high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support which will include problem solving and performance tuning.
  • Keeping the SLAs intact with the support requirement
  • Perform incident/alert troubleshooting, problem analysis and provide high quality solutions to technical issues.
  • Actively participates in technical forums.
  • May mentor Associates and Support Engineers.

  • Highly adept at customer relationships and issue resolution communication skills.

Role Essentials

  • BE or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
