Role:

Design and manage customer engagement solutions using Braze to improve customer experience and business growth.

• Set up and manage the Braze platform
• Define customer data (events, segments, attributes)
• Integrate Braze with tools like Segment, mParticle, and Snowflake
• Build and manage customer campaigns and journeys
• Run A/B tests and personalize campaigns
• Track performance and optimize campaigns
• Work with engineering teams on APIs and integrations
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance

• 5+ years in Martech / CRM / customer engagement platforms
• Hands-on experience with Braze
• Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and SQL

• Experience with CDPs and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing and personalization
