Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or the electricity/utility industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Comfortable interacting with customers through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable with 1-year contract
