Role Description

The Senior Customer Care Executive role is a full-time on-site position located in Kochi. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels. The role requires engaging with customers to resolve issues promptly, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences, and collaborating with various teams to address client needs effectively. The Senior Customer Care Executive will also assist in driving customer retention and contributing to the organization's sales goals by recommending appropriate services and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for handling customer interactions effectively
  • Basic Sales skills to identify and promote relevant products or services
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communication, or related fields preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
