Senior CSR Executive

Job Description

Position Title: SeniorExecutive – CSR

Organization: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust

Location: Chikkaballapur / Bangalore

Job Purpose: To support the effective execution of CSR initiatives through reporting, data management, stock coordination, event management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while ensuring smooth operational support for CSR partnerships and organisational activities.

Responsibilities:

1.  CSR Reporting & Data: Support CSR (Quarterly and Annual reports), impact reports, data analysis, charts, and presentations.

2.  CSR Stock Coordination: Coordinate PAN-India CSR stock movement, availability, dispatches, and supplier/POC follow-ups.

3.  Event & Launch Management: Support planning and execution of events, launches, stalls, logistics, and on-ground coordination.

4.  Guest Management: Manage guest invitations, confirmations, reception, seating, hospitality, and related arrangements in Ashram.

5.  Documentation: Coordinate MoU printing, stamp paper, attestation, dispatch, and documentation.

6.  Organisational Support: Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support as required.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

0–2 years of relevant experience  

Required Skills & Competencies

•        Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

•        Excellent communication, reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities.

•        Willingness to travel as required.

•        Good attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proposed Salary

Annual CTC of 5 LPA – 6 LPA
