Senior CRMA Solution Architect, Engineering Lead - (7+ Years of Experience in CRM Analytics)
Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of end-to-end Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
Develop scalable and flexible data models that integrate with Salesforce and other data sources.
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytical applications using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics).
Ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Data Management & Integration:
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce CRM Analytics and external data systems (e.g., ERP, marketing, finance systems).
Optimize data flows and data models for performance and scalability.
Establish data governance best practices, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
Customization & Configuration:
Customize and extend the CRM Analytics platform .
Lead the development of custom applications, dashboards, and reports tailored to specific business needs.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide thought leadership on Salesforce CRM Analytics strategies and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
Stay current with new Salesforce features and emerging technologies related to analytics.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CRM Analytics, data integration, and performance.
Identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost optimization within CRM Analytics solutions
