About the Role:
The Senior CRM Functional Analyst is a critical member of the Customer Ecosystem Development team and reports to the Manager, IT Commercial CRM Systems. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will support ANSR MedTech's commercial expansion with new products, new markets and new functions through business analysis and general IT support across the entire business entity.
Specific functions of this role include business process definition (as-is vs. to-be), solution design, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions across the Salesforce.com platform.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, organizational skills required to work on multiple initiatives at the same time, and the ability to comprehend business processes and suggest solutions in a business-friendly manner. They will also have demonstrated a desire to continue improving their Salesforce and business analysis skills through certifications, Trailhead modules, and/or career advancement. This is a hands-on role playing a key position in the global growth of ANSR MedTech over the next several years.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Develop supporting process flows.
- Conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements.
- Strong understanding of Apex (No coding needed)
- Responsible for providing data expertise and consulting related to operational reporting and analytics.
- Have hands on experience with validation rules and flow, other configuration, etc.
- Hands on experience deploying configuration options while effectively addressing technical challenges.
- Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact to the business.
- Assist the business team in the creation of requirements documentation that can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
- Create Functional Design Documentation based on business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans with users, coordinate test activities and/or help execute test components.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Platform
- Experience working with healthcare is a plus
- Experience working in a regulated environment as well as International experience is strongly desired.
- Understanding of Jira and Agile processes
- Proven ability to provide business analysis and system configuration deliverables related to process improvement.
- Salesforce Certification is a plus
- Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.
