Senior CRM Engineer for SuiteCRM Integration and Configuration

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Engineer with strong SuiteCRM expertise to support API integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and advanced CRM configuration. This role will focus on integrating document uploads into SuiteCRM and optimizing CRM functionality for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to configure and enhance SuiteCRM, implement calculated fields, automate workflows, and support scalable CRM operations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate document upload functionality into SuiteCRM via API
• Configure and customize SuiteCRM modules, workflows, and business logic
• Build and maintain calculated fields and automation rules
• Develop and optimize SuiteCRM reporting and dashboards
• Troubleshoot CRM integration and performance issues
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to gather requirements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and CRM best practices
• Support ongoing CRM enhancements and maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM engineering or CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SuiteCRM customization and configuration
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and CRM reporting
• Experience implementing calculated fields and custom business logic
• Proficiency with PHP, MySQL, and CRM backend configuration
• Experience troubleshooting CRM systems and integration issues
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with SugarCRM
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience integrating document management or file upload systems
• Familiarity with SaaS or government/nonprofit environments
